I did it!!!

I finally re-arranged the furniture so I could bring my heavy, awkward, fake Christmas tree (which had dead spiders in it that I had to vacuum out) upstairs to fill our hearts with Christmas cheer! After fighting Morgan to stay out of the tree and leave the ornaments alone, I finally got it all done...and then the lights on the top went out! HA! I literally prayed that they would some how magically come back on, but they didn't, and guess what? I do not care!! Who says ALL of your lights have to work? Maybe this could become our new Christmas tradition!

Yes, you did a fab job with that tree. I love that you could careless that the top is not sparkling with lights-Good Form :)
If you're up for it, we could use some tinsel and pine over here. We are lame, and the poor girls have to suffer for it.

LOL!! This post could have been written by me. In fact in a couple of days when I catch up, I'll be writing a post very similar to this. Only mine ends with 6 hours of light bulb changing and my lights working again! However, my basement tree did not get the same treatment. I just threw on an extra set of lights, found another extention cord and voila, lights!

I just caught up on your blog... love the tree, I kind of like the half lit effect! I also love the scripture you want to put in the nursery, so great! I love building my testimony!
